Version 1.0, October 21, 2026
ARaura Augmented Reality Fashion Corp (“ARaura,” “we,” “us”), a corporation registered in Quebec, Canada.
1. What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets the rules for using Faes AR. It forms part of the Faes AR End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”). Capitalised terms, such as “Software,” “Application,” “Account,” “Cloud Services,” and “Your Uploads,” have the meanings given in the EULA.
This Policy covers how you use the Software, including Your Uploads and the video the Software produces. It does not govern how people behave toward each other during a game, stream, or call.
This Policy applies whether or not ARaura can see what you do.
2. Who must follow this Policy
You must follow this Policy. If you allow your child, or a minor for whom you are the legal guardian, to use your copy under Section 1 of the EULA, they must follow it too. You are responsible for their use. A breach by them is treated as a breach by you.
3. Your Uploads
Your Uploads stay on your computer. The Software does not send them to ARaura. We do not receive, check, or remove them.
You are responsible for Your Uploads. Each time you import a file into the Application, you confirm that:
you own the file, or you have permission from its owner to use it this way;
using it in the Software does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, or other rights; and
if it shows a real person’s face or likeness, that person has agreed to its use, or you have the legal authority to agree for them.
You must not import content that is illegal under the law that applies to you. This applies even though ARaura cannot see Your Uploads.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Software to:
create or display content that sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way;
harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group;
impersonate a real person in order to deceive or defraud anyone. Playing a fictional character is not impersonation; or
commit or assist with any activity that is illegal under the law that applies to you.
5. Other people on camera
The Application tracks one person at a time. It may switch to anyone else in view. You must tell anyone you expect to appear on camera that tracking is on, as Section 3 of the Biometric Notice requires.
6. Your Account and the Software
You must not:
share, sell, or give your Account or sign-in details to anyone, except to let your child or a minor in your care use your copy as Section 1 of the EULA allows;
install, sign in to, or run the Software for people your licence does not cover, or sell or give them access to it;
use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access Cloud Services;
try to gain unauthorised access to Cloud Services or to anyone else’s Account, or disrupt or overload Cloud Services; or
remove, alter, or hide any copyright, trademark, publisher, or other notice in or shown by the Software.
There is no fixed limit on the number of computers you may use. Sign-ins or downloads from an unusual number of computers may be treated as distribution of the Software and handled under Section 11 of the EULA.
The restrictions in Section 4 of the EULA also apply. They cover copying, reverse engineering, getting around Ownership Checking, extracting or redistributing assets, and using assets to train artificial intelligence. This Policy does not narrow them.
7. How we enforce this Policy
We do not monitor your use of the Software. We do not receive your video or camera feed, and we cannot see the files on your computer. We act on information that reaches us, such as public content, reports from others, and activity on Cloud Services, including sign-ins and authentication of ownership for item permission grants.
If we believe you have breached this Policy, we may do the following under Section 11 of the EULA:
Suspend or end your access to Cloud Services. We will give you notice where practicable. Suspension does not end your licence. However, the Application may not start when it next asks you to sign in, and assets you have downloaded may become unusable during a suspension.
Terminate your licence, but only for a serious or repeated breach of this Policy, or for illegal conduct. Before terminating for a serious or repeated breach, we will give you written notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix it, where it can be fixed. For illegal conduct, or a breach that cannot be fixed, we may terminate on written notice.
If your licence is terminated, the Application may disable or delete assets you have downloaded from us.
8. Reporting misuse
To report a breach of this Policy, or an asset you believe infringes your rights, email support@faes.ar.
9. Changes to this Policy
Changes to this Policy follow Section 13 of the EULA.
